I can truly relax while I’m getting fit!

Dear Relaxed Fitness®, Being a beauty queen and professional model it's important for me to stay in shape and have amazing skin! But with my busy schedule and slim budget it was hard for me to make it to the gym and get facials regularly. So I started to look for an alternative way for me to get the results I needed! Hello Gary, I have been using my Relaxed Fitness ® Infrared Sauna for a month now. I use it at least 4 or more times a week. My general overall health has improved. My skin is clearer, my sleep is sounder, my muscles are not tense any longer, I have a lot more energy... AND the best part of all ... I have lost 10 pounds this past month! I would have never believed that I would feel this terrific after using an infrared sauna. I was also extremely impressed with the delivery and setup of the system. The unit is designed to fit attractively into the lower level of my home. The light therapy system included in the unit is quite impressive also. This is one thing I enjoy and look forward to at the end of a long day. I enjoy the time to myself where I can read and listen to music on CDs or radio. I can't imagine my life without it!

Hello Peggy and Gary, We have recently purchased a "Relaxed Fitness ® Infrared Sauna", Model "Mood Master 200" from Flex Marketing, LLC. We are very pleased with this product and use it frequently on an average of 4 to 5 days per week. We enjoy the soothing effects and benefits this sauna gives us. We usually have the temperature between 124/126 degrees and will stay about 45 minutes per session. Flex Marketing delivered the sauna on schedule and set it up for us in a highly efficient manner. Buying a Relaxed Fitness ® Infrared Sauna is one of the smartest things I have done lately. My health is very important to me. My busy lifestyle limits the time I have to work out, so I bought a Relaxed Fitness ® Infrared Sauna to use at home. This means I can use my sauna 24/7, so I am able to squeeze in a session. In the privacy of my own home!

I am a very private person. I have been going to health clubs for the past 3 years, but I never used their sauna. I really wanted to sit in one but I didn't want to share it with strangers. A co-worker told me about the Relaxed Fitness ® Infrared Sauna she purchased and how much she and her husband enjoy it. She convinced me to buy one and I am so glad I did. It's the best thing I have ever done for myself!

I am too young to have such constant pain. I have suffered with fibromyalgia for the last two years. The medications I took to bring me relief had too many side effects which were making me feel worse. Periodically I would visit a massage therapist for relief. The sauna sessions have been relieving my pain and stiffness!

I am on the computer 6 hours each day at my job. This has become a problem because it has been causing me neck pain and I continue to wake up with a stiff neck. I was going to a chiropractor to relieve the pain and stiffness. The only problem is this was getting expensive. My friend told me to start using my infrared sauna for the pain and stiffness.
